Games: Pirates Banned from Xbox Live

    Do you not do any research or what? Only the console is banned. No one has had their gamer tag banned, unless you play a game before it's released.

    The Gamertag can be banned if you violate policy (offensive content and not changing it), but not in this case. The post has been changed. Playing a game early has nothing to do with it as long as that copy is legit. As stated on the Xbox Support forums: "No one is being banned for playing a legitimate copy early." - http://forums.xbox.com/29821268/ShowPost.aspx
