The Gamertag can be banned if you violate policy (offensive content and not changing it), but not in this case. The post has been changed. Playing a game early has nothing to do with it as long as that copy is legit. Do you not do any research or what? Only the console is banned. No one has had their gamer tag banned, unless you play a game before it's released.
